Jayne Peake enjoys creating relaxed spaces to guide people into an exploration of their own unique movement. After having trained as a Fitness Instructor and then in dance, she discovered Contact Improvisation, a practice that feeds her desire to move as a way of release, play and freedom. This practice inspires much of her current teaching, which focuses on facilitating explorations to expand our physical awareness and create new possibilities of moving our bodies.
